WHY MEGA CHURCHES ARE IN ERROR!

“…….BOLDNESS TO DECIDE WHAT WE OUGHT TO DO…..”

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

When you broke the alabaster jar in 2004, the word of the Lord came to me. He told me He is going to raise RM500000-00 thru me. As my tears flowed, I said, “Lord, why me? I am not even a member of this church yet. Moreover, I have never get any business that yields a half million ringgit profit ever in my life?” God replied, “I can raise RM50million from 100 people like you.”

A month later, I received an invitation to tender for a big project and to cut the long story short, I was awarded the contract. On initial calculations, the profit would add up to slightly more than RM500k. I praised God and went to work. At the end of the project, something went wrong. A portion of the work outsourced to a Christian brother went wrong and resulted in the client cutting off about RM70k from our final payment. So in the end, I did not manage to hit the target God has told me. In obedience, I still tithed to the CCC but my soul was greatly troubled. I keep asking God why it turned out to be this way even though I lived in obedience all through that period leading to the project.

My answer came a few months later when you announced that the cost for CCC has increased to RM150million and detailed all the plans for this building. Therefore the Lord has caused me to fail to meet the target and hence not to give. The blessing is still parked in the bank but the Lord has revealed other plans for the money…plans for a building that will truly be dedicated to the Lord and other investments which will bring multi fold provisions to those servants of Jesus who are truly living in obedience to God.

Please read on in the following page if you are interested to know the reasons that God revealed to me in the course of my prayers over the last 12 months why He stopped this provision for CCC. Whatever you decide to do, I will just shake the dust off my feet and hand you to God, to answer to the Lord Jesus on that all important day.

THUS DECLARES THE LORD!

WHAT IS WRONG THAT GOD IS NOT BRINGING IN THE PROVISIONS?

1) “Jesus cleared the temple of traders and money changers and said the people has turned His Father’s house into a den of robbers!” Is God such a poor pauper that He has to be a SQUATTER in a business / convention centre? If it is His will for a grand building to exalt His name, wouldn’t He have provided the funds to build a fine temple/palace like what Solomon built? Don’t we all know that in the end, even the Temple that Solomon built ended up in ruins because of the sins of the people? God wants obedience and faithfulness in a church, not in any glamorous looking structures. Testimonies to bring unbelievers to Salvation lies not in any man-made structure but in the church i.e. the congregation! Remember, you may have the best looking building in the world but if your sheep are all spiritually dead, sinning in lust and are drunkards, what kind of testimony is that? It will be more effective for you to build up to 20 churches all over the world with the RM150million, with a fervent congregation worshipping in wooden huts than in dead concrete structures! Look at what is happening to those so called “monuments” in Europe and America!

2) This convention centre, costing so much money, will definitely have to be rented out to all kinds of organizations, Christian or non-Christian, private and public, commercial companies etc. Would you allow any part of this building to be used to propagate worldly materialism and consumerism and then preach Christianity on Sundays? Wouldn’t that amount to hypocrisy in the eyes of non-believers? Would you allow your banquet hall to be used by companies to hold disco parties and worldly sinful entertainment with alcohol, cigarettes and immorality and then preach Christianity in the same premise? It will open the door for pagan religions to mock our God, so poor we need to become hypocrites and prostitute ourselves to the world so that we can pay for and maintain “God’s” convention centre!? And knowing Christian churches, no matter how good or how cheap your rent, do you think other churches would even consider having their events or conferences in CCC? Definitely not! Churches are pinching congregation everywhere! If they need too, I am sure they would rather rent the Putra Stadium then to come to CCC, who knows, if the people present would hop over to Calvary since it has such a temporarily nice building and facilities? In fact, the CCC project has started an unofficial race among the big churches in Klang Valley to build so called “monuments” and mega churches! Just like all those dead mega churches in Singapore having their Sunday rock and pop concerts.

3) Hebrews 13:17 says “……their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God…..” rather than building a white elephant monument wasting so much money, why don’t you concentrate on your large flock? Train up more shepards to watch over the souls of your sheep? A 15million ringgit building is equally effective in housing your flock and looking after the well being of their spiritual life. Remember, YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE!
